SAP certifies NTT DATA Spain as specialist in SAP S/4HANA Solutions Operations

To validate our outstanding results, SAP conducted an exhaustive independent audit to evaluate the capabilities of NTT DATA Spain in providing operational and service provisions. The scope of the audit was not limited solely to the execution of processes and procedures, but also to business continuity plans and quality deliverables. The audit also focused on the additional capabilities of the company beyond the expertise in Managed Services within the SAP realm, and even in other technologies. Furthermore, our S/4HANA implementation capabilities were audited not only in Spain, but also in other locations, alongside our capabilities in digital products, the certifications of our consultants, the proficiency of our finance and logistics teams, among other things.
As a result of this rigorous evaluation, NTT DATA Spain has earned a double certification from SAP (SAP Outsourcing S4H and ECC), attesting to our ability to perform at the highest levels, regardless of the client’s current platform. The double certification from SAP affirms our ability to operate and maintain these systems and processes and our capacity to transform them. It reinforces the fact that NTT DATA Spain is equipped to provide end-to-end support for digital transformation initiatives at the highest level, and serves as confirmation that NTT DATA Spain has met all of the requirements as outlined in the certification guidelines, within the SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner program framework. To further prove SAP’s thoroughness, the double certification is not solely focused on evaluating the quality of the services that NTT DATA Spain provides, instead it also takes into account our capabilities in assisting organizations in transforming their existing processes and systems.
