The legal grounds for processing your personal data consist of your express consent provided for each of the stated purposes.

We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal data, adopting all reasonable precautions to do so. Under certain circumstances, you can request that the processing of your data be restricted. In such a case, we only retain your data for the purpose of exercising legal actions or for defending ourselves against claims.

You can withdraw the consent that you have given at any time. This withdrawal of consent will only be retroactive in the event that law so imposes this. Once you have withdrawn your consent, your data can be retained in a blocked state for the retention times established by applicable legislation.
