The legal grounds for processing your personal data consist of your express consent provided for each of the stated purposes.

6. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal data, adopting all reasonable precautions to do so. We implement all the organisational and technical measures necessary to comply with the regulations in force, in order to avoid any unauthorised access to and modification, disclosure, loss or destruction of this data. We require that the service providers managing your personal data do the same, ensuring this by means of contractual clauses.

Under certain circumstances, you can request that the processing of your data be restricted. In such a case, we only retain your data for the purpose of exercising legal actions or for defending ourselves against claims.

You can withdraw the consent that you have given at any time. This withdrawal of consent will only be retroactive in the event that law so imposes this. Once you have withdrawn your consent, your data can be retained in a blocked state for the retention times established by applicable legislation.

You can also object to the processing of your data, particularly with respect to business communications. In this case, we will only process your data for legitimate reasons of utmost importance or to defend ourselves against potential claims.
